ENTRY WITHOUT INSPECTION IS A CRIME: In fact, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1325, crossing the border illegally is a crime–a misdemeanor for the first offense and a felony for the second and subsequent offenses.

Unless it's the Canadian border, according to Ms. Planet. Lots of issues with illegal moose crossings up there.
There is only one Southern Border crossing that I would condone, no, I would praise it! That would be Jammit(SIC)Napolitano's crossing to Mexico permanently. Of course she would have to re-cross the border from insanity where she now resides.
